I ordered from tempestoptics.com and the item showed up fine, but the packaging wasn’t great, the box was a little dented on one side, and there really wasn’t much padding inside.

Nothing was broken, so I’m not too upset, shipping was okay overall. It just felt a bit risky for optics stuff, and I’d definitely like to see sturdier packaging next time

I accidentally ordered the wrong lens size and had to exchange it. Support got back to me quickly and really walked me through what to do. I sent it back and got the right one without any hassle. Overall, it was a really smooth process and I’d definitely use them again...

My experience with Tempest Optics was okay overall. I had a question about my order, so I sent them a message, and then I kind of ended up waiting longer than I thought I would. Not the end of the world, but I did keep checking my inbox, which was a little annoying.
When they finally got back to me, the person was nice and did help me get things sorted out. So it wasn’t like anyone was rude or unhelpful. It was more just the waiting part, and also there wasn’t really much of an update in between, so I wasn’t sure what was going on.

I’d say their customer service is fine, but they could definitely be quicker with replies. The order issue got handled, which is good, but yeah, it didn’t feel super smooth either. Not a bad experience, just not one that really stood out in a great way.

It’s held up okay overall, so I can’t say it’s terrible, but it started scratching way faster than I expected. What annoyed me more was not really knowing who was supposed to take ownership of the issue—felt like it was unclear who to contact or who was responsible. Not amazing, but not a total loss either.

Glasses showed up quick, which was nice. The prescription seems mostly right, but one eye feels just a bit off to me. It’s not awful or anything, just doesn’t feel totally perfect.

It’s not a bad value or anything, just not really a great deal either. Shipping was okay, nothing special. I’d maybe order again if they had a discount or sale

The lenses seem good and the frame feels solid. To be fair, they’re comfortable and look nice, but mine did arrive with a small scratch, which was a little disappointing. Overall, I still think they’re decent for the price

I ordered my lenses from tempestoptics.com and overall I’ve been happy with them. The clarity is definitely a step up from my old pair, no strange haze or blurry spots, and things look sharp even when I’m outside in brighter light. They did take me a little bit of time to get used to, so it wasn’t an instant perfect fit, but after a short adjustment period they’ve been really solid. I’d say they’re a good choice if you’re looking for clear, comfortable lenses.

I was impressed with the fit right away. They sit nicely on my face without feeling tight behind my ears, which is usually where I start getting annoyed with glasses.
I wore them for a few hours and basically forgot they were on. They’re lightweight, comfy, and stayed in place the whole time, so yeah, I’m definitely happy with them.
